Co-owner Chuck Mullins has been in home construction for more than 30 years. He started his own construction business in Murfreesboro, Tennessee in the early 1980s as Chuck Mullins Builders and later operated as Charles T. Mullins Jr. Construction.
Building construction has been Chuck’s lifelong interest. He began building homes from the ground up, working in every phase of home building that reflected the business model of his mentoring contractors of that time. This construction experience is reflected in the superior quality with attention to detail in every custom home he builds and remodeling project he completes.
After a joint venture for four years, Chuck Mullins officially joined in partnership with Ken Watson to form Mullins Watson Builders, LLC in 2009. Ken’s resume boasts over 30 years in the construction industry that include holding positions of Plant Engineer, Plant Manager for a fortune 500 company, and Vice President for a metal fabrication company.
